PlayPlinko ("we," "us," "our") operates the website playplinko.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under applicable data-protection laws including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent regulations.

- Newsletter signups: Your email address and the consent record (date, IP, form placement).
- Contact forms: Whatever you submit (typically name, email, message body).
- Analytics: Anonymised page-view and session data via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use Google Analytics by default.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Cookies: Strictly-necessary cookies only by default. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit opt-in.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the newsletter you signed up for (legal basis: consent)
- To respond to your contact-form submissions (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- To improve the site (legal basis: legitimate interest, with analytics anonymised)
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access (legal basis: legitimate interest)
3. Who we share it with
- Email service provider (newsletter delivery): we use ConvertKit (or an equivalent ESP). They're a US-based processor; we have a data-processing agreement with them.
- Hosting provider (Netlify): handles server logs and form submissions on our behalf.
- Affiliate networks (when you click an affiliate link, you leave our site and the destination casino's privacy policy applies).
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.
4. International transfers
Both our ESP and our hosting provider are US-based. For EU/UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for international transfer.
5. How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months of audit log retention
- Contact-form submissions: 24 months after last contact, then deleted
- Server logs: 30 days
- Analytics: 14 months aggregated
6. Your rights
Under GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Under CCPA/CPRA California residents have equivalent rights including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Children
PlayPlinko is intended for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Cookie policy
We use strictly-necessary cookies for site functionality. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit opt-in (where required by law). A detailed cookie list is at our cookie policy (or will be — for v1 we don't set any non-essential cookies).
