The asterisk is configurability. Hacksaw publishes seven RTP builds for this game — 98.98%, 98.28%, 97.27%, 96.02%, 94.30%, 92.03% and 88.20% — and the operator chooses which one you get. At 88.2%, this is the most expensive Plinko on the market by a wide margin.
